Perranporth Drag and Drift show happens on the airfield in perranporth a few times a year this particular date was 09/04/2022. i was able to experiment using a Nikon D3500 and a 70-300mm lens which allowed me to get a lot more of the cars from a distance. This in particular was helpful whilst getting the drifting cars and the cars a fair way down the drag strip, as i was able to get a much clearer image of them. I really enjoyed photographing the cars as it allowed me to go a full 360 around the cars as well as get a few close up details on the cars themselves, such as the tires and the car stickers they had on them. I mainly went with a car group called Mods And Stockers so I was able to get quite a lot of their cars and stickers. All in all the next time i do something similar to this i would get a lot more close ups, possibly on the inside of the car through the window (with permission) the wheels and the car logos and any other smaller details there are on the cars.
